Thep Works is a design studio that combines craftsmanship, precision, and contemporary aesthetics. Each piece is handcrafted in small-scale production, designed to be functional and durable while reflecting a strong commitment to quality and originality.
Our process is entirely manual, bringing consistency and attention to detail to every creation. Inspired by minimalist and brutalist lines, we strive to develop our own design language, blending simplicity with structural strength in objects that stand out through their refined character.

Shipping Policy

ORDER MANUFACTURE
Each piece is handcrafted in small-scale production.
Manufacturing time may vary depending on the current number of pieces in production.
Please allow approximately 1–2 weeks for your order to be completed.
You will receive an email once your piece is ready and being prepared for shipment.
ORDER PROCESSING
Once your order is ready to ship, please allow up to 3 business days for processing.
You will receive a tracking number via email once the shipment has been dispatched.
SHIPPING COSTS
- Europe: Shipping is free of charge to all European destinations.
- Rest of the world: A flat rate shipping fee applies, depending on location.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer worldwide shipping.
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once they reach the destination country.
Thep Works ships all pieces with taxes pre-paid whenever possible, but any additional customs or state fees are the responsibility of the customer.
REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused,
- Returned in its original packaging and condition.
Approved returns will be refunded in full minus return shipping costs.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at studio@thep-works.com with your order number and photos of the item’s condition.
We handle all issues individually and always aim to find a satisfactory solution.
